Forged
I work with a range of high carbon steels, all selected for their toughness and their ability to be forged. High carbon steel maintains a beautifully sharp edge and with a little care, will last a lifetime.
Shaped
The handles are crafted from distinctive timbers with brilliant natural patterns and grains. Then they are hand shaped to be comfortable and balanced for every cook.
By hand
Each knife is one of a kind. The unique markings and patterns of the blades are a reminder that these knives were forged and shaped by hand.
